The plaintiffs currently comprise several organizations and five individuals all of whom share a deep interest in Little Cottonwood Canyon use and preservation. 

The plaintiffs are affiliated with Canyon Guard, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed to facilitate finding sensible transportation solutions in Little Cottonwood Canyon.
